To All,

We are currently migrating all of our Email accounts over to our new servers (each weekend a different group is being moved).  These new servers have been upgraded and have many new features like Anti-Virus and Spam filtering and othersbuilt-in. Plus there is a new set of Tools for the Web Based access of your Email Acoount.

Here's a  few Notes you'll need to know about the migration to the new servers.

I) Use the link on the lower left to access the new Web Based Interface.  Your Logon will now be your full email address......that is Userid@YourDomain.com plus your password.

To Set Up Outlook Express with Your Email Account

NOTE: The following procedure is for Microsoft Outlook Express 6. You can also view the tutorial for Setting up Your Email in Microsoft Outlook Express.

1. In Microsoft Outlook Express, select Tools > Accounts.
2. On the Internet Accounts window, click the Mail tab, and then click Add.
3. On the Internet Connect Wizard, in the Display name field, type your full name and click Next.
4. In the E-mail address field, type your email address and click Next.
5. On the E-mail Server Names window, from the My incoming mail server is a list, select POP3.
6. In the Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP or HTTP) server field, type the name of your incoming mail server mail.mydomain.com, where "mydomain.com" is the name of your domain.
7. In the Outgoing mail server (SMTP) field, you should already be using the setting recommended by your current provider of Internet access (i.e. Cable, DSL service provider).

If you do not have or know those settings they can probably be found on the Website of your Service provider….As an alternative choice you can use the following steps (provided this optional service has been added to your account).

8. In the Outgoing mail (SMTP) server field, type smtpout.secureserver.net, and then click Next.
9. In the Account name and Password fields, type your email address and password, and then click Next.
10. Click Finish.
11. On the Internet Accounts wizard, select the mail account you just created and click Properties.
12. In the Properties window, click the Servers tab.
13. Select My server requires authentication.
14. Click the Advanced tab.
15. In the Outgoing mail (SMTP) field, change the port number to 80, (or 3535) , and then click OK.
